I purchased a product but never…

I purchased a product but never received it. Consultant Javier told me it was out of stock. However, neither the website nor Consultant Max mentioned this at the time of purchase. Therefore, you are obligated to deliver a superior product to me at no extra cost to compensate for the inconvenience; I will update my review once I receive the product by this coming Friday. I have already messaged the CEO, Mr. Stuart Gleen, to resolve this. This is outrageous.
