Bad customer treatment

Bad customer treatment !

I had booked a time for Saturday morning, and when I went there I was told that they have changed opening hours and they don’t do weekends any longer. However nobody called me to tell me that, and I also did not receive a text about it. The guy in the salon also told me that it’s tough luck, there is nothing he could do.

What a horrible customer service treatment. And how unprofessional that I go to the salon expecting to get my hair cut for my birthday party, and instead I am told that it’s not happening.

I do not recommend this place, the way they treat their customers is horrendous.
