My second purchase from The Gamesmen.
Great items, well priced. Packaged properly. Fast post.

New Item came Damaged scratched and scuffed looking like a used item.
Postage was excessive considering the item was small and light weight
Seller has 52 cases of similar negative feedback on EBay for customers receiving damaged or badly packaged goods with high postage.
It appears seller knowingly posts items in poor condition without care of customer satisfaction
I was offered $5 refund or a return which was not at all convenient for my circumstances.

Board game arrived in a couple of days (Sydney to Melbourne AusPost) packages safely. Good communication via automated email updates and friendly vibe. Good range of toys and games.

I purchased a number of games in one go, and added an extra one after my original order. I contacted the company through their contact form and engaged in an email conversation afterwards. Different people replied and even though I gave clear directions my order failed to be shipped until approximately a week later after I emailed the company in regards to it’s whereabouts. It was a little bit disappointing with such a large order to not receive a small price match. Ordinarily this wouldn’t have bothered me so much but given I ordered about 12 games it was really disappointing.

Delivery only took 2-3 days, game came perfectly.

I had a terrible and upsetting experience ordering from this shop.I checked out my order on July 2, 2026 and received a confirmation and tracking number the next day. The tracking information said my parcel would arrive on July 6 (Monday).I was eagerly waiting for it but it never arrived.I followed up multiple times but no parcel showed up.Finally on July 15, 2026, Australia Post emailed to confirm the parcel was lost in transit. I’ll never order from this shop again because it caused me so much anxiety and stress.

I'd noticed a product on the website that my young child would really love, it was the last one and only available in store. After checking it over a pretty long period, I reached out and asked if it could be made available for online and the staff were so happy to help. They had it transferred from store to online fulfilment and let me knoe the exact steps to purchase. The whole process from me reaching out and having it transferred to having it in my hands via AusPost took only 3 days. Theyre always so friendly and fast.

Maybe it was because I lived pretty close in NSW but once it was shipped it came the next day.

The package showed up in great condition and didn't take much time to show up. Will definitely be getting more of my Star Wars Black Series Collection from here.

I preordered a McFarlane's Toy from the Gamesmen. In this case it was a highly awaited Jack Nicolson 'Joker' from 1989 Batman. Most collectors online a.k.a the U.S prefer the purple version💜 as opposed the an orange Platinum chase 🧡. After a few anxious weeks Gamesmen shipped my toy. I was nervous! While the 🧡 Joker is very nice, I was delighted to get the common 💜 one. Good price, speedy post and good packing. Thankyou times 1000to The Gamesmen.

I ordered the Energizer Everest 1100 Generator to keep my 373 litre fridge and upright freezer charged and it worked ! It kept them both charging for 5hrs which is all I needed , there was still 6hrs left on the generator to use , I was so pleased , it took me a while to work out that you have to switch on the AC button TWICE to activate the generator once the fridge was plugged in , and then wait approx 20mins for the watts to go down to about 8watts and then add the other plug from the upright freezer , our electric meters got changed over in our building and took 4 hours so this was ideal for a replacement of energy , so reliable , what a great help this was , and The Gamesmen were not only helpful and knowledgeable with this Energizer Everest , they also offer delivery within 2 days either through a courier or Australia Post , and it was also on a sale so I'm very happy with this experience all round , thankyou very much ☆☆☆☆☆

I ordered a present for my niece through The Gamesmen. Check out was super easy, and there was a great sale on. Within the day it the order had been packed, and within two days it was on the doorstep! So fast and efficient - thanks so much The Gamesmen!

BUYER BEWARE, ESPECIALLY FOR GIFTS. I bought an official Nintendo licensed collectible item as a gift. I paid extra for shipping and The Gamemen chose to ship it in a box that was too small. Despite photo evidence showing that they intentionally bent and damaged the official retail packaging to force it inside, they refused to offer even a $5 partial refund. When contacted for a partial refund, this games/toys/collectibles retailer shockingly claimed that they "do not consider the packaging as part of the figure" (their words verbatim). Very poor practice for items meant as gifts. Order number: 08-14593-66095
