My first time using a solar panel . . . I did not even know USB-A was different from USB-C until I started examining the panel and battery, so there was a bit of a learning curve at the outset. But once I got going, the Solar Panel 30 is very user-friendly for a beginner! It has been fun to learn to charge my phone and laptop over the past week or two. I just lean the panel against a chair on my back deck and shift the chair around as the sun moves through the sky :-) This will hopefully be the first step towards using more solar power in the future and I am really happy to have purchased this item.
