The G2 knife is part of the classic G Series collection of large kitchen knives by Global. With a blade length of 20cm it is the ideal chef / cooks knife and is the perfect multi purpose tool for general kitchen tasks. The G series knives use exclusive CROMOVA 18 high carbon stainless steel which gives them a razor sharp edge. The acute angled edge of the blade helps to ensure that the knives stay sharp for longer. The handle of these knives are of a hollow construction and filled with sand to give precision balance. In addition to looking stunning, the smooth contours and seamless construction prevents dirt and food from building up on the surface, giving greater hygiene.
