The KitchenAid 1.4 litre glass jar is a great accessory for the KitchenAid Artisan K400 blender, allowing you to create different recipes without the need to wash the jar between blends. The square shape of the 1.4 glass jar combined with its inner ribs increases both turbulence and power within the jar. Raised corners force ingredients into a blending vortex whilst its bevelled upper corners provide easy pouring. Asymmetric blades blend in four distinct angles. Made from 3mm thick hardened stainless steel, the blades are precisely angled and sharpened, pulling ingredients into the centre to blend even the toughest of ingredients whilst the unique design of the 1.4 litre single walled ribbed glass jar folds contents back down onto the blades to create a powerful vortex. The glass jar also features gradient measurements up to 1.4 litres and is dishwasher safe. The vented solid-seal lid with removable measuring cap is made from silicone for easy removal and cleaning (it’s dishwasher safe too). The vented seal securely fits on the glass jar to minimise spills during use whilst the BPA-free cap can be used for measuring (up to 60ml) and adding ingredients whilst blending.
