I love my mixer. A kitchen aid has been the goal for as long as I have been baking. At nearly 40 years old I decided I’m grown up enough to finally have one. I didn’t expect how quickly cake batter would be mixed. It’s faster than any mixer I have used and incredibly sturdy. I can’t wait to bake more!
