Still getting to grips with this our first serious coffee machine. The build quality and functionality is superb and although it may take a bit more time to make the desired coffee the outcome is very nice.

It was so easy to set up and start making my first drinks. The button layout on the machine makes everything intuitive, with the instruction manual filling in the gaps. Dialling in the grind size and dosing for the espresso brew was pretty much done within three shots. I tend to only drink espressos and americanos, so haven’t used the steam wand very much. However having done a few test drinks with milk, I am happy with the results. The hot water spout is not a great success for me and doesn’t really do the job. For hot water I have decided to use a kettle where I can decide how hot the water is and I don’t have to wait for the machine. This machine is a thing of beauty and looks great on my kitchen counter. Lovely lines and superb finish. The build quality, from what I can see externally, is very good and I expect it will prove to be a robust piece of kit. Only time will tell.
