Walked in the shop and recognised all the staff who smiled a nice welcome to me. They know I like cruise holidays so it didn't take long to book once I had given the ship and sailing date.

We book most of our holidays with Hays they are always welcoming even when it's busy. They have a great extent of knowledge about places and listen to what you would like to expect and 99% of the time get you a match for a great holiday.
