When we first went right Hays Travel in Denton the staff were very welcoming. We spoke with Ruby and she started straight away trying to find the right trip for us. Eventually we found something that worked. Ruby kept in touch daily as we were making a big decision about our trip as it includes myself and my partner getting married. She was helpful and communicative. We spoke with Ruby over the phone and by email.

Issac was absolutely amazing. We were all booked and sorted within half an hour. Had a good laughter too. He really is a credit to Hays as a whole.

Pearl is just absolutely amazing at what she does, she booked us the perfect holiday when our Dubai holiday was cancelled and bonus it was almost half the price we paid so have booked for Disneyland Paris for March! Thanks Pearl, it was quick and painless and you made us feel super relaxed.

Easy booking, friendly staff, great communication and a fair price.

All the staff at the Denton branch are great and have always found me the holiday that my wife and I have wanted. Isaac found me a great holiday which I have just returned from. Whilst in Portugal I emailed Isaac with details of the next holiday we wish to go on in 2027. I gave him the hotel,the dates and a few other details and asked if he would sort something out. I returned from Portugal Tuesday and went to see him on Wednesday.I was amazed at the package he had managed to put together it had all I wanted even the "picky" bits and more on top and at a lower price than what I had envisaged. He had obviously worked hard for me and he is very good at what he does. I keep mentioning Isaac but all the staff in the branch from finding the holiday you want to changing your money are in my eyes the best at their jobs I have known. We have and always will use the branch and I cannot fault anything that they do. Many Thanks to all of them and to Isaac extra big cheers mate.
