Hayley was very helpful in organising a last minute holiday for us. She kept in touch with us throughout the booking process and was able to offer us a discount too. It took the pressure off us organising the holiday ourselves.

Hayley was brilliant with booking us a last minute holiday for this month , we gave her hardly any time and nothing was too much. we was not sure when we arrived at hays travel where to go between cyprus or Portugal the sales assistant Ruby is a credit to your company help us both to make our mind up to meet all our need e.g early flight's all inclusive 4star near the centre where it busy and near the sea
