All I can say what another outstanding bit of work Heather has done for me and my friends.
Nothing is a problem went back to Heather on 3 occasions as we were looking for the best flights and times. Not an issue for heather just got the job done.

We had seen a advertised on Holiday via Heather on social media who works for Hays, it was a family friendly trip to the Maldives. From the first point of contact to booking the holiday all we have to say is good things. Heather was able to listen to our requirements was able to be flexible and adjust in order to help our holiday be more convenient for us for example the initial flights advertised were from London Gatwick, Heather was able to source flights for the same price from Manchester along with a change of time that was much better for us and our children.

We also have an unborn child due In July, Heather was quick to assure us that our new child could be added on to the booking when she is born and all that she needed was a few simple details to add our new child onto the booking.

The whole transaction was informative, simple and stress free, I would highly recommend Heather at Hays Travel
