Really Top Class Service.
I've been a customer of Janet for nearly ten years. She's really good & caring ensuring she can offer the customer he best options for their chosen trip, and then does all the necessary admin work etc.
I've got no intention of leaving Janet, and as long as Janet is in the industry, I'll go wherever I need to find her.
