Misleading prepaid card promotion
Since this review was published Kerry contacted me and resolved my issue most professionally as always. She provides an excellent service and is highly recommended.
Hays are currently promoting their prepaid travel card with the promise of a complimentary £15 if £500 is loaded onto the card initially. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for this to happen but it has not. Misleading and disappointing from a company I have had positive experiences with previously.I was initially told it would be added in 2 or 3 days. When that didn't happen,I was told 10 working days. Their response to this review said 30 days! Very unsatisfactory management of the promotion.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this promotional offer was misleading.
From the time of topping up with the minimum amount required to receive the £15, it can take up to 30 days to receive this onto your money card.
This offer did end on the 28th July, if you did top up before this date please can you email into online.support@hays-travel.co.uk and we can chase this up for you.
