Great service as usual.
Booking a business trip is never straight forward as things change and lots of different things to organise, but nothing was a problem for Laurie. Obtained all the prices requested and when things changed was no issue, I just received updated pricing and schedules.
I have used Hay's and Laurie before and will not be changing anytime soon. Great service.
