Excellent service as always from Lorraine.

Absolutely FANTASTIC.. from the very first contact with Lorraine, who made it so easy to book, did her homework to get me the best deal, and did the legwork to register my documents and check me in.. for someone like me who is not very good with technology, it was made so simple.. on arrival in Egypt, the transfer pick up was made easy, prompt and in a comfortable car.. the stay was wonderful and the return pick up transfer was on time and got us to the airport in comfort.. we cannot fault the service we received and within a week of our return booked again with Lorraine. Thank you so much.

I was able to message Lorraine by WhatsApp and ask lots of questions before I made a final decision to book. She was really helpful and answered all my queries really quickly. I have now booked a trip and will definitely use her again for future trips.

Lorraine found the holiday, then booked everything making the entire process stress free.

Lorraine has booked many holidays for us now, and we keep going back to her because she goes above and beyond for her clients. We have just booked a holiday to WDW, and despite the fact Disney reservations take a while to generate their booking number, she took it upon herself on a Friday night to ring and get it for us. Best travel agent ever!

Lorraine was very helpful with the two holidays I have booked. The first holiday was not easy as there were nine of us & having a budget it couldn't have been easy but she found the perfect holiday for us.
I asked her to look at Switzerland which I didn't think she could do as we didn't want to fly. I gave her what we wanted & she absolutely smashed it with all we wanted to do on our trip.

Lorraine was very helpful. She listened carefully to what we wanted from our holiday to Malta and came up with suggestions for accommodation that were then tweaked until we arrived at exactly the type of hotel we wanted. Flights and transfers all sorted. It really took any stress out of organising it all myself. We will certainly be going to Lorraine in the future to help with our holidays
