Megan was very friendly and approachable. She answered all our questions about the hotels we looked at. Even calling Premier Holidays to provide answers for us. The manager kindly told us of building work and noise near 1 hotel which was appreciated. The booking process was simple and even transport was arranged.

Staff are brilliant:-)
Staff at Hayes Travel in Paignton are just brilliant.
Steph helped us on the Saturday and happily gave us more time to think things through. She listened and advised, giving us printouts we could take away.
The following Monday, Megan tweeked our choices and finalised our holiday.
I feel "safe" booking with Hayes. Staff are friendly and just so helpful. Thank you ladies :-)

Tailor made holiday
We went in to try and get a purpose made holiday in three different locations in Australia wasn’t too sure if they would be able to help . We chatted to Michelle who listened to our tailored needs . She was fantastic not only did she manage to get everything we wanted we were able to tweak it to add a few more days fantastic service. I would highly recommend using hays travel again
