So happy this service I received the only thing I was a bit disappointed was I didn’t have much of a good deal as I move four wheelchair user and I’ve got to book a cruise so early to get a disabled room and I really think they should make it a little bit cheaper for us as we dip out on all the all the deals because we can’t do last minute once but I’m happy with the service. I was expected if you could do something in the pat in the future, I would be very pleased your sincerely Mrs. Moore.

We had a fantastic experience booking our holiday with Nadine at Hays Travel. She was incredibly helpful in finding us a holiday in our preferred location while staying within our budget. At no point did we feel pressured to spend more, which we really appreciated.
Nadine also took the time to check different dates within the week we wanted to see if there were any cheaper options, ensuring we got the best value. She made the whole process simple and stress-free, providing all the information we needed without any fuss. She also included a quote for travel insurance, which was really helpful.
We requested that our rooms be next to each other, or as close together as possible, and Nadine was happy to add this request to our booking.

Lianne was very helpful in looking at different options for our holiday. We changed to different locations hotels airlines until getting the right holiday.
Lianne had a lot of patience going back to the supplier for us , nothing was to much trouble. We were also able to tailor make our holiday by choosing different hotels and removing tours to suit ourselves.

Said what I wanted and roughly when and within a few hours the details were emailed across and now booked.

Informative and attentive travel consultant who demonstrated patience and empathy and helped us book a great holiday.

Lianne helped us through our booking process and made the whole easy and not our usual DIY stressful experience. I really appreciated the fact that even our flight check in out and back was completed by Lianne, so we could then forget about remembering to do that.

Popped into the Taunton branch & greeted by Lianne , I explained what I’d like , Lianne found the perfect holiday for us ! She went above and beyond to search for my budget . We will definitely come back to book in the future.

Holiday organised after some time searching

Provided complete service to two very demanding customers! The staff were promptly available and understood our requirements very quickly.
They were knowledgeable about the products available and found exactly what we were looking for very quickly.

Adele quickly established our needs and her advice helped us choose a suitable river cruise without any difficulty.

We booked our second cruise with Hayes Travel Taunton, Nadine, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though it’s over a year away, we were really impressed with the information provided, the booking process, and the great advice on choosing the best stateroom location. The overall service left us very satisfied and July 2027 cant come round quickly enough.
