I was undecided to go with soft or medium. I chose medium because I snore, even on my stomach, and thought the soft may be too soft and my head my not be aligned so make me snore more. Some nights I find this pillow just a little too hard. But it does stay cool and for me thats a bonus.

Couldn't live without our tempur pillows now. They are amazing. It arrived with a pretty musty smell though which won't fabreeze out and is a shame
