Extremely disappointed with this product and it did not do the job at all. We followed all of the instructions and guidelines regarding what it would/would not chop/shred and it was useless. Took it back after a couple of hours and will be requesting a refund as product did not fit description on website. Waste of time energy and money. One good point was that the hire shop assistant was very helpful and understanding which we appreciated.

Would not work. Keep on cutting out.i took it back after 2 hours. The man that took it off me never check it out ontil the afternoon .

The tool didn’t shred. It got stuck all the time. Probably the cutting needed sharpening.

I am waiting for a refund as I hired the machine And it was blunt and wasn’t usable so cost me a lot of hassle as well as losing a days work faffing around hiring it and getting it to the job. Plus no one has responded regarding a refund for the money it cost me in hiring it the petrol to come and collect it plus the petrol I filled it up with that never got used . I’ll be happy with my hire money cost back which was £115. The staff was very good at their job who I dealt with on the day but I’m very annoyed no one has got back to me regarding a refund . What do I have Ron do to get my money back I’ve rung you up 3 times now . I’d really like my money back please . 07763858651. Thankyou

Wrong bag supplied, without which machine wouldn't work, as frame of bag was supposed to depress safety cut out switch to allow operation
