Wasn’t working to its full power. The main lance wouldn’t attach. Had to use another shorter lance that, for some reason wasn’t very powerful.

Excellent when I got it going properly. It is critical to get the 3-position nozzle in one of the three correct positions - I inadvertently had the nozzle between two positions, and was only getting a weak and pulsed output. Otherwise, quite happy with this product.

Two machines both supplied with inadequate and not karcher lance. One was also way short in length.

The jet washer was clearly worn and despite standard test sheets attached, it did not work.

Great little washer for the price. Cleaned my drive and paving slabs well, even without chemicals (but does have a nozzle for spraying chemicals through it).

I hired this pressure washer hoping to clean my front drive, but after 5 minutes, I realised it was not powerful enough, as claimed on the HSS website and relevant videos/images. I mentioned this to reception upon returning, but he just said, 'No one else complained about it.' There was no offer of a refund or anything like that, so make sure you invest your time and money elsewhere.
