I placed an order with many items, several that I knew were out of stock and awaiting delivery. I received the in-stock items the next day and was kept informed of delivery of the outstanding items. Later I misplaced the invoice but a copy was provided promptly on request. Friendly and competitive pricing.

Terrible experience. Disgraceful customer service. They advertised a free DeWalt speaker for orders over £400, but applied hidden terms afterward. When I requested a cancellation before dispatch, they flat out lied, claiming the order was 'picked and packed', despite sending me a pro-forma invoice for changes minutes earlier. Total lack of integrity and compliance with UK Consumer Regulations. Order #13642579.”

I am sorry to see you are unhappy with the promotion that was advertised as DeWalt free speaker when you spend £400ex vat on any DeWalt items, i can see that it was offered to you to spend the extra to make the amount so you was eligible. The order had already been picked and packed ready for dispatch so we was un able to add to this order but was happy to make a new order in order for you to get your speaker. We will be happy to return your order for you tomorrow as its too late to cancel on our system now.
