Got a very good deal, delivery was quick and the hedge trimmer is powerful a big step up for it's replacement.

Delivery nightmare?.
Perfect service from ITS as usual speedy professional and really easy straightforward, order, processed, in no time next day delivery had a slight issue as the DPD van broke down. Meaning I had to cancel plans as I needed to show id upon delivery. Nothing to do with ITS just one of those things but in fairness first issue I've had ever with ITS/DPD which let's be honest was really a non issue. As breakdown s are inevitable.
