Poor delivery service.
From your end I am happy with the ordering. What let it down was the delivery. You used DPD for the courier service. I wasn't going to be in during the delivery timeslot, but they had my preferred locations where to leave the parcel. When I got home the parcel was instead on the doorstep. Secondly, the box had a large wrip down one side. I checked the contents and fortunately nothing was damaged or missing.
