ITS were great solving a problem created by DPD who were totally useless! DPD could not find my address three times? which was amazing as thay hed delivered several items the very same week. The young Lady at ITS was very helpful and sorted the matter within minutes. hence a excellent for ITS a big thumbs down for DPD

Pleasant surprise
Pleasant surprise. Was told my Hedge Trimmer was on back order, would not be available for approx two weeks, but the other part of my order would be sent out first. I was amazed when the complete order arrived within two days. Seemed to be a mix up, but the overall experience, price, and service, warrants five stars.
