The product itself is great! I love Vaughan Williams. What I don't love is the fact that 5 days after purchasing it and paying extra for 2 day shipping, I was told it would be there 2 days later. It proceeded to not show up for nearly 3 weeks. All that being said, I did not file any complaints because I've never had any issues before. Still a great piece!
