This time, not 100%
I have bought from LCE on several occasions, but was slightly disappointed on this occasion. Purchased online, over the weekend, with 24 hours delivery. It arrived on the Wednesday. I sent a note on the Tuesday @15:18 (during working hours) and got a reply on the Wednesday, believe it was the Hereford Branch that fulfilled the order, to say it missed the local connection…what ever that is.

I always use LCE and woudn’t go anywhere else.
I always use LCE for buying or selling cameras and equipment and have never found the service anything other than exceptionally fast, efficient and effective. Everything is safely boxed and packed and the quality of the used equipment is outstanding. The latest lens I have bought does not even look used! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Exceptional service
Firstly the item was shown as in stock and actually was, I have tried to buy this product on other sites that showed as being in stock when it was not, secondly I was notified within hours of placing the order it had been despatched on a next day delivery included in the cost, thirdly arrived by dinner the next day, perfect service

Dealing with LCE was great
Dealing with LCE was great. However my experience was let down by DPD. They failed to pick up my parcel two dayson the run. So Jack sent it by Royal Mail special Delivery. I gotit the next day. All this aside it would not stop me dealing with LCE in the future

I visited the LCE store in Bath …
I visited the LCE store in Bath and was able to try out the camera before later buying on line. Staff let me take the camera outside so that I could use it in "real" conditions. As staff were so helpful I decided to purchase from LCE even though prices were marginally higher thatn other online stores. Product was delivered promptly witha secure code supplied for courier and in good time
