A truly fantastic service from LCE
I found a used lens on line being sold at LCE (Reading). The description said it was in good condition and the lens hood had some marks. It was somewhat a considered purchase but assuming the lens’s was okay and appeared to look very good in the photos; I sent an email to enquire and had a reply the very next morning from Mark who was more than happy to assist and was willing to offer me a bit of a reduction. This really made things a little more tempting but what helped me to pull the trigger was Marks prompt response and also his reassurance that if I was not happy I could send it back for a full refund. He sent me a link to make the purchase and the next day the lens was in my hand and exactly as described and hoped. The whole process could not have been easier and I’m so glad I made this purchase. I can only say I received a brilliant service and could not be happier. Thank you so much. Andrew
