Unfortunate Experience
We were recommended by family, but unfortunately our experience was not to our expectations. We received poor responsiveness, everything left to last minute and repeated requests to resend documents already provided at the final hour. This was compounded with a lack of clarity and assurance in the process as first home buyers.
