I am still waiting for a Zara package…

I am still waiting for a Zara package which was meant to arrive on Friday! I tried contacting Liccardi on their chat and they said my shipping number was incorrect even though I had copied the number from the tracking page. No one physically there to speak to so went to Zara customer service. Told them about the situation and they told me that Liccardi said my address didn’t exist? Strange as because everything else gets delivered to my work address, even Zara, where I had something arrive on Saturday! Next time I look at the tracking page and my package is no longer in transit, but just ‘picked up’ I have never had problems with any Zara package previously but then it’s always been poste Italiano. Liccardi where is my package?????

I ordered from Zara over a week now I…

I ordered from Zara over a week now I still can’t get my package, first they said address not found then absent. Absent as how, I have been at home in the entire time I even left a note just in case they come and I wasn’t there. I am so frustrated

Address “not found”

They apparently tried to deliver to my address at a time I was home, I wrote them a message on their website like it says to do incase they tried the wrong house. The next working day I get a call from the driver, I send him my live location on WhatsApp so he can find my house and he still writes address not found after I send him my location. I have never had a problem with deliveries before this. It is impossible that he could not locate my house after sending the exact coordinates for him to use on maps! 4 days wasted on waiting for a delivery that they are to lazy to deliver. This is really unacceptable and Zara should not use this company to ship its items

The worst courier company ever!

The worst courier company ever!
I ordered from Zara, I can’t understand how such a big company Zara can cooperate with low level company Liccardi.
Courier send email that delivery wasn’t completed due to wrong address. But they even don’t call neither don’t try to deliver (I think they just don’t want to deliver/work, is much more easier to say that address is wrong and do nothing).
The biggest problem is they don’t answer calls, don’t answer in WhatsApp, don’t answer to my emails, I wrote even on their web site few times (as I was told), no one cares of it, no feedback still. Already passed 12 days of my attempts to reach someone from this shit company!!
I don’t know how to reach them and give back my parcel.
