DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I arrived at the airport, no representative was there to make my car
I tried to call the company, I waited in a queue for 15 minutes with no answer
I had to rely on a man from another company to contact them who finally turned up 30 minutes later
If I had waited I would have missed my flight so I booked alternative parking and paid again and MPW don’t want to know- the service was not used but they won’t give a refund

Helpful, and everything ran smoothly right up to my pick up.

Good experience but it is a shame we had to use the bus ftom the carpark for the outward journey - but understand not much mbw can do about that

First time using MBW Meet & Greet, and we’re so glad we did! The whole process was quick, easy and hassle-free ,absolutely ideal after driving and flying for so long.

A special thank you to Phil and Sam for making everything so straightforward.

I also have to give extra thanks to Sam for looking after my purse so safely while we were away for two weeks. My purse had fallen out of a bag, and I only realised while we were already in another country. I contacted MBW and asked if they could please check the car to see if it was there.

Sam got in touch to let me know they had found it in the car and would keep it safe until we returned. I honestly can’t thank you enough! It was such a relief knowing it was safe, and the honesty and care shown by the team was greatly appreciated.

Used MBW at T5. Phil made the drop off process very stress free. We went for a weekend break & unfortunately our car had an issue when being driven back to MBW HQ, however, Gursh arranged for the car to be repaired. I was kept up to date with progress, which was appreciated & the car was ready upon are return. Great staff & very easy drop off & pick up process.

I was phoned twice as I was nearing terminal 3 then again when I was actually stuck in traffic as I exited the tunnel. A very kind employee then met me on level one. I was so relieved to see him.

Great service, staff really attentive, paticularly Alfred on the reception desk. Will definitely use again, thank you.

Arrived back yesterday at Heathrow to a dented car. My mistake in not taking a photo after dropping it off, but still the lack of honesty and integrity in telling customers their car has been damaged whilst in their care is pretty appalling.
I guess the best advice is to have no trust in them and to film your car when leaving it at the airport.

Excellent service, easy and seamless drop off and pick up

We had previously booked with another meet & great company at the airport who did not show up to take our car. Luckily enough, Your front desk on level 4 of the car park there was a really nice gentleman called Phil, who helped us out and managed to book us in with MBW. On our return, our vehicle was there waiting for us. So thank you so much and a big thank you to Phil for saving the day 😊

Helpful staff within a well organised operation.

Phil at the check in desk was great, got a mini valet while away and the car was perfect 👌 terminal 5 is so simple for drop off and pick up.

Phil at reception was a star.

Phil did a great job!

Outbound all worked perfectly. Inbound BA lost of of our bags (dint even make the plane!) so we were doubly late leaving as had waited for bag and then had filling in forms etc. Phil kept in touch and was very understanding of the situation and handled it perfectly so we didn’t have to worry about the two cars whilst sorting out missing bag etc. Cars waiting when we finally got to them. Thanks Phil, really great job!

Always great service and I use MBW regularly. I had a small issue with my last packing but, Gursh Chohan in customer service supported me exceptionally well.
