I had an excellent experience at…

I had an excellent experience at MediaWorld Porta di Roma thanks to SAVERIO. He was extremely professional, kind, and helpful from start to finish. He assisted us with everything we needed, answered all our questions patiently, and went above and beyond by helping us carry a very heavy item. His attitude and dedication to customer service truly made a difference and turned our shopping experience into a great one. Employees like Saverio are a real asset to the store. Highly recommended!
