When i get my claim

When i get my claim? Could you please tell me media world? I am totally frustrated. I stolen my Mobile. I don’t speak Italian. You never help me media world service. This is very hurting me. Your service is not good media world every time. I pause the view. You ask me you send me the message and give me the reply, we will contact with you very soon, but you not contact me and I don’t have your contact to talk with your customer care, please help me how can I claim my insurance of Mobile please help my face many problems just because I don’t speak Italian. I am helpless. No one can help me. I visit palladio media world. they just ignore my request to claim my insurance. What can I do? Just tell me?
