Cath has been such a professional and friendly landlord during my almost 5 year stay at the Lincoln road property. Honestly nothing but positives to say about the lanlord and property as everything is maintained to a high level with any issues addressed very promptly!
For myself moving to a new city on my own for a job, it was great to live in a sociable property where everyone were also similar working professionals, only reason I moved on was due to getting a job in a different city.
Would highly recommend anyone looking to move to Guildford to reach out to Mica developments!

I lived at Beckingham Road for a year and a half and I couldn’t fault any part of it. Cath is a fantastic landlady who really goes every mile to make sure the house is in great condition. Any maintenance issues were sorted extremely quickly, gardens kept on top of and everything you could need was supplied. Highly recommend!!

Great landlord, very responsive to messages and has provided solutions to any and all issues quickly and efficiently. The pricing was reasonable considering property size and current rental market in the area. They ensured that any new tenants would be a right fit for the current housemates, which was greatly appreciated, as other tenants ended up being very agreeable in a house of 6. The entire process of renting application and signing tenancy was efficient and gave me confidence in the landlord’s experience. Would recommend for any young professionals looking for accommodation in Surrey area.

Cath is the best landlord I've ever rented from. I've been renting on year contracts for about 8 years now and have been in many different house shares with different landlords. Cath is very quick to respond to any message/problem and is very fast at organising a fix. Her communication with tenants is excellent and she always made a real effort to ensure my living circumstance was comfortable. Cath was also very flexible when it came to my move out date, working out an arrangement which suited us both.

If I could I would happily rent from Cath again.

I lived at Beckingham Road just under 2 years. The house was fantastic, had a huge garden which was great for BBQ's and entertaining. I had an en-suite in the house and this was very reasonably priced in rent per month.
The house had a weekly cleaner for communal areas which also added to the value.
Cath was the first private landlord I had rented from, prior had always been with agencies. Cath was fantastic, incredibly fair and responsive when issues arose. I would rent from her again. I only moved out because my job required me to be in London, more often.

Cath has provided a brilliant room to rent at 19 Lincoln Road for me over the last 2 and a bit years. Professional onboarding and off boarding. Very speedy if any equipment issues at the house (not that this happened often!). Well maintained house and garden. Cath treats all tenants with kindness, respect and fairness. It was a dream to move into somewhere where everything is taken care of, in great hands and in a safe space to start a new job and meet new people. I would highly recommend Mica developments to anyone looking for a friendly, well maintained and comfortable home in the Guildford area. Thank you Cath!

Lived here for 2 years and had a great time, Cath is fast to respond to issues & great at ensuring only the best people live in the homes. Was accommodated for and treated like a person not someone who just gives her rent. If there is an issue like the fridge brakes or the washing machine makes a funny sound she will organize an engineer for an appropriate time. Never a "I will get to it at some point." the issue is treated as such, Something to be resolved. Sad to go but definitely recommend to anyone.

I lived at the Lincoln Road property for 13 months and enjoyed my stay. The housemates were fun and friendly which helped during lockdown. Everything was well maintained and I personally didn't have any issues. It was nicely furnished and had everything I needed. Mica developments were very professional and the moving in and out process was very smooth.

As a former Tennant, I have nothing but good things to say about the property and the landlady.
Prospective housemates are screened beforehand based on their compatibility with the current tenants. Despite a stressful 18 months due to the covid pandemic, the atmosphere in the house has been very chilled out and everybody has gotten on well. I believe this is largely due to the aforementioned screening process. The property (including the garden) is maintained to a high standard and the landlord has always been quick to respond to any enquires.
Overall I would highly recommend Mica Developments to anybody looking for a house share in the Guildford area.

I have just left 10 Balmoral Drive as I moved in with my girlfriend and the place was lovely! I would have loved to stay there longer! Really quiet area and the garden was a good size!
The landlady is really nice and always responds back very quickly!

I lived at 10 Balmoral drive for 2 years. Its a excellent property with a great garden. Cath the landlady was very helpful when needed. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend.

I lived at the Lincoln Road property for 18 months. Had very few issues with the house and anything that did break got fixed quickly and properly. One time a broken microwave got replaced within hours on a Sunday afternoon! The house is in a great location and kept in good condition. The large garden and driveway were a huge plus for me. The weekly cleaner is a great way to make sure the property stays clean. I cant fault the landlords at all and would recommend them to anyone wanting a house in Guildford. I'm only leaving due to a new role outside of Guildford.

I lived at Beckingham road for 1yr, 3months. I absolutely loved my time living here - it was a short walk to work and to supermarkets. Train station and town are also close enough to walk to.
The house is to an amazing standard with all the furniture and fittings are not just functional, but matching and well looked after.
My housemates were great, even surviving lockdown together. The garden gets the sun all day (and perfect for a spot of sunbathing) and we made the most of the barbecue.
I’m sad to be leaving this house, but hope the new tenant enjoys their stay as much as I did.

I stayed here for 7 months. The location is great and close enough to be able to walk to the shops. The house is well maintained with ethernet in each room and fast broadband. The housemates were friendly and professionals. There was no noise in the house or the road and the rooms seemed to be pretty sound proof.

I lived at the landlord's Beckingham Road property for 8 months whilst on a fixed-term work placement. The house was excellently maintained with a regular cleaner. Any damages or issues were always quickly sorted (usually the next day). Landlord very friendly, responsive and made an effort to ensure that I would get on well with the other housemates - who were all very welcoming. My room was a good size with a nice view of the large well-kept garden. I shared a bathroom with another housemate which was always clean. The kitchen/living area was open plan with plenty of utensils already provided. The location of the house was good, with a co-op/takeaways within 5 minutes walk, the train station within walking distance and supermarkets a short drive away. Car parking on the road outside the property was busy but I never couldn't find a space basically immediately outside if the driveway was full.
Overall, my time at Beckingham Road was very pleasant which I would attribute to the quality of the property and the attentive landlord.
