Bought a TV that didn’t get delivered and when i tried to get a refund all they did was go around in circles trying to avoid it and still have not paid my money back. Claiming the TV is with MOBEL LOGISTICS which is a complete lie as the company never received the TV as it’s not legit. Complete SCAM

The worst customer service I’ve ever…

The worst customer service I’ve ever had with Xiaomi. We bought the product and it broke after two weeks. I sent it in for repair, and it has now been more than 25 business days with no solution. No one contacted me to confirm they had received it; on December 2nd I had to call myself, and they told me a replacement part was missing. I called again today, December 15th, and the only information they can give me is that the part is still missing. I’ve been without the projector for almost two months and with no clear response. Terrible service, I do not recommend it at all.

Bad Experience

I bought a phone powered by Xiomi and it simply does not work properly. It disconnects from the Internet. They say I need to send it away for repair or inspection even though its still under warranty and I won't get it back for at least a month or more. Customer service in Spain and the UK is dreadful. The live chat people cause more issues than they solve. Avoid Xiaomi.

Realicé la compra de un Scam with Xiaomi's after-sales servicepatinete Xiaomi…

Realicé la compra de un patinete Xiaomi Scooter 4 Pro 2nd Gen, y tras cuatro meses de uso, se me ha roto la tapa que cubre el botón de encendido, únicamente el plástico. Mi sorpresa ha sido mayúscula al descubrir que es completamente imposible conseguir la tapa de este modelo. La tapa del modelo anterior (no 2nd Gen) sí está disponible, pero la del 2nd Gen es más corta (13x4). Tras llamar a todos los proveedores en Mallorca y llevarlo a Mediamarkt, donde lo compré, tampoco he podido conseguir la tapa. La solución que me ofrecen es enviarlo a Xiaomi en Madrid para que, una vez allí, me informen si la tapa está disponible o no, sin querer darme un presupuesto previo. Al fin y al cabo, lo único que necesito es ponerle una tapa de plástico nueva. Es completamente decepcionante, y voy a presentar una queja ante Consumo como primer paso, ya que considero que esto es un abuso. Incluso dudo que sea legal que se nieguen a vender el repuesto o que no puedan suministrarlo. Mediamarkt me remitió a icp.es, y ellos me respondieron lo mismo: es imposible saber si hay stock hasta que reciban el patinete, e igualmente no pueden presupuestar nada. Pero lo único que quiero es la tapa nueva. También he contactado con Xiaomi España por teléfono, y la respuesta ha sido la misma. No recomiendo comprar nada de Xiaomi, a menos que se tenga la seguridad de que habrá stock disponible en caso de rotura o avería y que se viva en Madrid. Es lamentable que, como consumidores, nos veamos ante esta indefensión ante lo que considero una estafa.

I purchased a Xiaomi Scooter 4 Pro 2nd Gen, and after four months of use, the plastic cover of the power button broke. To my surprise, I discovered that it is completely impossible to find the cover for this model. The cover for the previous model (not the 2nd Gen) is available, but the 2nd Gen cover is shorter (13x4). After calling all the suppliers in Mallorca and taking it to Mediamarkt, where I bought it, I still couldn’t get the cover. The solution they offer is to send it to Xiaomi in Madrid, and once there, they will inform me whether the cover is available or not, without providing a quote beforehand. After all, all I need is to replace the plastic cover. It is extremely disappointing, and I plan to file a complaint with Consumer Protection as a first step, as I believe this is an abuse. I even doubt that it is legal for them to refuse to sell the spare part or to be unable to supply it. Mediamarkt referred me to icp.es, and they gave me the same response: it is impossible to know if there is stock until they receive the scooter, and they also cannot provide an estimate. But all I want is the new cover. I also contacted Xiaomi Spain by phone, and the response was the same. I do not recommend buying anything from Xiaomi unless you are certain that stock will be available in case of breakage or malfunction and that you live in Madrid. It is shameful that, as consumers, we are left defenseless in the face of what I consider a scam.

I made a purchase with EU. Mi xiaomi es advertised on Google for the poco f3 pro this turned out to be a scam no confirmation was received and money was taken from my account BEWARE

What a RUBBISH!!

What a RUBBISH!!! I bought new Xiaomi G1 robotic cleaner from XIAOMI STORE on ALIEXPRESS. Used for 4 MONTHS (twice a week) and the cleaner start leak means all water gone on the floor. I contact XIAOMI CUSTOMER SERVICE and they told me the product is out of warranty 4 months after purchase. That's mean XIAOMI don't have warranty for any product and even no SERVICE to fix the issue. By the way I read about this Xiaomi leak issue on Google and most of the cleaners have some problem. Be Careful people!!!!! XIAOMI = NO SERVICE = NO WARRANTY

This company seems to be a front for MarketPhones (AKA RC Technology, HONG KONG).

This Company Had No Intention Of Refunding My Money. After being advised that the phone was in stock and paying for a 10 day gold service the item was not shipped from Singapore after 30 days.

I cancelled my order and requested a refund.

Only after another 107 days i have been refunded by my credit company after taking out an EU Section 75 case against them.

NO FACILITY TO GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING.

DON'T RISK IT!

Very disapointed.

Very disapointed.
Takes to much time to deliver, even paying gold option delivery. And do not reemburse the extra payment of delivery when SLA did not met.

Never again

Never again. Took 2 months to arrive a Mi A2 Lite, bought on Black Friday sale. There was an offer of Black Friday pack, with material worth of 40€. Pack is weak, not worth the 40€. Once it finally arrived, I received the wrong cellphone - instead of black, I received a gold one. Asked for the return, they couldn't confirm when could they send a new one, now in black. I didn't want to wait another 2 months for a cellphone, so I kept it. The shipping costs would also be on me if I had it returned. The black friday pack only arrived 3 weeks after the cellphone.

Long delays, phone box not sealed, phone not new and not working

Ordered a Mi Mix2s 5th November 2018, max delivery date came and went, no sign of phone. Customer service did answer my e-mails telling me they were having problems with their storage warehouse, they could not tell me when the phone would arrive. Finally received a tracking number early January, phone arrived from Hong Kong 10 days later. when it arrived, outer box was ok but the inner phone box was not sealed and damaged on one side. Phone looked ok but was loose inside the box. Powered up, put a sim in, no sound from earpiece, Phone was not working. Because of the trouble I'd had with this supplier I had my local phone tech take a look at it. He advised the phone was not new, it had been taken apart before. The anti tamper screws had been removed and the sealing strips that holds the back on had also been removed. The fix was easy, it needed a new earpiece but not what you expect when buying a 'new' phone. I wouldn't use them again.

waiting for more than 3 months the delivery

Mobile phone ordered on 6-10-18, today 18-01-19 not yet receiced. Sent a lot of reminder, received a lot of promise to deliver, never is arrived, now the do not reply to the e-mail. Already instructed the compliant to public authorityes. Very bad supplier. Suggested to order in other web site.

Still waiting on a refund promised…

Still waiting on a refund promised after the phone I ordered was out of stock ! That was on the 1st October 2018. I have sent about 150 emails to customer service Xiaomi.world, think I've received 3, never ever buy from this company, like me your money will be gone !!
They are a scam and a joke of a seller just wish I'd read about them before leaving money with them....
