Brilliant advice and a great new top!

Needed some last minute wash in water…
Needed some last minute wash in water repellant for a Goretex jacket and didn't think Millets in Hitchin would have it, being a relatively small store, but no issues, there it was at the till! Really friendly staff and its a refreshing change to visit a high street shop, find what you need in stock and be treated with courtesy, respect and friendliness.

Excellent service - I needed new bootlaces. The assistant measured my old lace and immediately found me a selection in the colour scheme I wanted. Served at the till by Tamsin. Very good, efficient, swift service. It’s great that we still have Millets in Hitchin!

Great service by Tamsin at the Hitchin store. Phoned day before to check stock plus a couple of questions. Arrived in store the next day to collect the item. Great service both on phone and in store.
