I was served by kit
I was served by kit. I purchased a pair of wellington boots and asked if they sold safety shoes. I never really got a definitive answer yet when I felt the toe caps of some of the boots they were extremely firm. I was told about a half price offer but once the boots had gone through the till I was told I would need to buy something else to qualify. I showed an interest in a pair of binoculars and I wanted to try them out but was told as they were wrapped up they couldn’t be opened. Very unhelpful experience with other colleague just standing about leaning on a stand.

I was served by Tamsin who had excellent product knowledge and offered superb practical advice upon the most suitable pair of walking boots I needed for the type of trip I had planned. It is really great to have such an excellent shop in the centre of our market town.

We popped into the shop in Hitchin
We popped into the shop in Hitchin, my wife and I were looking for new walking boots.
Leo came over as I had some questions in relation to the extent of waterproof of some of the boots. Leo was knowledgeable in all aspects of the variety of the boots in stock. He was concise in his advice, but not coming across as pushing any sales. We both purchased new boots on that day.
