Absolutely fantastic shop, great kit and customer support from Mark around compass choice really helped navigate me to what I needed, bearing in mind you don't buy one every day. I also bought the West of the package with a map holder to keep things dry.

Amy who works at the Millets store at Keswick provided us with excellent customer service during our visit on Monday September the 25th, she was very knowledgeable about the items in store and was very helpful in assisting/advising my husband regarding the best walking shoes to meet his requirements. I was shopping for a leatherman Iin Keswick.
Tried other stores, but they either did not stock or were unhelpful.
I landed in Millets and bought my leatherman, shop assistant was knowledgeable and advised me of discount, so I saved 15%
