Visited Millets at Monmouth and took a look at walking shoes. Staff were very helpful and informative, but not pushy.
Both staff members clearly had excellent product knowledge and were most courteous.
How refreshing to get customer service of such a high standard.

We ( myself and my husband) love this shop. We are always popping in to buy something and the staff are so friendly and helpful . We bought some walking boots and a puffer jacket today and the staff offered lots of helpful advice. It's great that it's dog friendly too. There are so many shops closing because of online shopping , I really hope this branch survives .

For the second time in 6 months I have had cause to visit the Monmouth Millets store in search of footwear. I cannot commend the staff enough. Friendly, helpful, efficient, courteous - they certainly make me more inclined to shop there in the future.

Purchased walking shoes for both myself and my wife and waterproof trousers.
The lady who helped us with our purchases ,Jo I believe was her name was helpful and polite and provided her knowledge and understanding of the products in an informative manner whilst not seeming as if there was a hard sell approach. A manner which indeed both of us appreciated. Lady at the till was again extremely polite and friendly and very keen to assist. Thank you ladies, you made our experience a pleasure and we will be back.

Visited Millets in Monmouth today to purchase some walking shoes/trainers. The staff - especially Jess who was so brilliant with her advice - couldn’t have been more helpful. This is such a great store to shop at and I always buy my outdoor clothes(except my boxers!) and outdoor gear from Millets high street stores. Millets in Monmouth is an exceptional store with exceptional staff and long may that remain!

Liz and her colleague served me today and actually replaced my boots despite them being a bit worn.They could see that they must have been faulty for the stitching to have come undone in the manner it had .
I cannot thank Liz enough for her kindness.

I rarely go into Millets without buying something! They have an excellent range of footwear, outdoor clothing and walking accessories. The cater for high and low budget customers and often have sale items.
