Fantastic holiday. App glitched and wiped my whole diary but apart from that I thought it was excellent value with all activities included.

As a family of 4 (all adults) we had a fantastic time at this stunning resort hotel. There was so much to do but also no need to do anything other than chill if you wanted to. Getting the hang of booking activities took a day or so (via an app, at the front desk or just turn up) and some activities were regularly over subscribed (padel) but we fell into a routine and got to take part in most of what we wanted to do. Food was varied and delicious and all the staff were super friendly. We wished we could have stayed a little longer. Not sure brochure photos truly reflect how lovely the resort is.

Fantastic way to enjoy the sports you love. We played tennis and found the coaches Cass & Harry fun & their sessions very enjoyable Also Edie the kayaking coach was lovely too

Great venue for an active family holiday. Would have given 5 stars if improver winging lessons had used a foil board and more padel and spinning claeses.

Only negative was the bar which was like being in an airport hanger and didn’t have anything like enough staff - annoying as that could easily be fixed. There was also nowhere else to sit if there were events on.

The accommodation is badly affected by noise from the fitness platform next to the tennis courts. Unless this problem is solved, I would not recommend this resort and will not be returning here. Also, it is difficult to book onto activities using the App. Pre-App, clients were able to discuss and book a full course at the welcome meeting; now it is sometimes impossible to book an activity. Neilson have always been great at conecting with clients but this App is impressonal and unhelpful - go back to the old system (it wasn't perfect, but was better than the App). You're in danger of losing customers - one family we spoke to (neilson first-timers) were bitterly disappointed that they couldn't book anything, partly because they didn't understand how the App worked, but also because of the impersonal nature of the App.

Our fourth holiday at Levante Beach Club with Neilson and whilst it is a tried and tested formula the cost now outweighs the benefits I’m afraid. Each year the cost has increased significantly and whilst this may be due to the market, it has now become unjustifiably expensive for what is on offer. The food is good but not outstanding and the facilities are good but not outstanding and for the cost I would now expect everything to be outstanding, which it isn’t. A shame as Neilson have always been a holiday company we use but we won’t be using them next year for the reasons already stated.

A very active, family friendly hotel. A wealth of activities on offer - the JV with playitas also provides an array of hyrox/amrap’s classes. The restaurant staff are always very friendly and responsive.

Really amazing holiday, the food was superb, the kit and classes top notch. My teenagers loved the teen kids club and had a blast all week. Thanks Neilson!

Sadly this holiday didn't live up to the expectations of a Neilson holiday. The main issue is that the hotel is not exclusively Neilson, and as a result, the communication was poorer and everything didn't feel so special. The booking of the padel courts was particularly unclear, as other hotel guests could book them too, so you didn't book the courts through the app but had to be in a queue at a certain time of day (lunchtime!) to get a court. The beach facilities and welcome by the staff was also less advertised and utilised in my opinion. I have also been to the Croatia site, that I thought was totally fantastic and would give 5 stars.

Had a brilliant family holiday with two teenagers. Excellent hotel and facilities. Great staff always happy to help. Food was really nice and hotel very clean. Neilson staff were first class and made it fun plus very patient with all the coaching and activities. Lots of like minded families made it a great all round holiday.

Excellent holiday. One criticism - in the evenings in the main reception area the number of staff at the bar serving guests after dinner was woefully inadequate. Several times I was dissuaded from buying a drink for my group because of the length of the queue – at least 12 people waiting pretty much all the time from 8.30pm onwards. Very obvious and easy to solve.

Having been to Messini, this was not as good, mostly due to it being not exclusively Neilson. It feels as if Neilson tries its hardest to limit the amount of time parents get with children. There is supposed to be three ‘family evenings’ a week but the teen group hogs 2 of these. Lots of queues for fitness classes and padel courts. Staff lovely but not allowed inside hotel and don’t appear as happy in their work as at Messini. Marked difference in kit levels. Hyrox classes excellent but in the WOD box which makes it extremely hot. Loads of hyrox kit but not much in the air conditioned gym for those who would like to do their own cooler sessions. Bike team amazing as always but limited routes for beginners on MTB. Routes are stunning compared to Messini. Room with pools are great but despite asking, never did get cushions for the furniture.

The activities app is excellent and the quality of coaching is very good.It was extremely difficult to book onto the padel activities. The selection of food and variety was very good, but the service in the bar area was very slow.

The activities, variety of fitness classes, kit/facilities and instructors were all excellent. Food was good although the buffet gets removed before the end of service on occasions so don’t arrive late! Unlike other Neilson holidays (this hotel is part run by a Swedish company) you cannot book classes on the Neilson app - instead you have the joy of queuing at reception the day before. If you want to play Padel be prepared to queue twice a day! 8am (for morning sessions) and 1pm (for afternoon/evening sessions). Padel is popular and the queues can be long! Service at the Lobby bar was very, very slow - giving plenty of time to work up a proper thirst by the time you are finally served! I requested a quiet room. We were above the bar which was an odd choice as there was no escaping the live music or quiz nights. Options for eating out locally are pretty slim although we had a great meal at the restaurant opposite the hotel - good traditional Greek food. The closest town is a 15 minute walk along the road - we tried one good Taverna (recommended by the hotel on the Neilson app). We love our Neilson hotels - think we’ll be back at Messini and Buca next year though.
