Foundation Repair Complete!
We had our foundation repaired by Olshan (Little Rock branch) in late July and we are very pleased with the outcome. We appreciate the hard work by Francisco and Antonio in the blazing Arkansas temperatures. They were professional, friendly, efficient, and the communication was very good. We also appreciate the thorough cleanup and the care they took to properly replant all of the items which had to be moved during the repair process. A sincere thank you to these guys! We will definitely recommend Francisco, Antonio, and Olshan to our friends and family.

Olshan experience was wonderful
Olshan experience was wonderful! On Tuesday, 7/28 they came to our house to put in a sump pump connecting to downspout outside. They also put a pipe in for water flow to go out 20feet. We are so thankful for Supervisor-Noe, Harol Raulbello, Idaquel Gonzales, Michel Mtz, &Jonathan Zanchez. They all came in with smiles, laid plastic down to keep carpet nice, & got to work! So appreciated!!

French drain install
Eduardo, Alejandro cano,Jose V, Freddy, Jose Rivera, Angelo and Martin. These guys are the best. They did a great job on our double barrel French drain on July 20th and 21st 2026.
I would recommend Olshan and this group of men to all my family and friends who need work done.

DOUBLE BARREL FRENCH DRAIN
Eduardo, Dlejandro Cano, Jose V., Fred, Jose Rivera, and The Lead Foreman Martin all installed a Double Barrel French Drain at my new home of 4 years this week and they worked really hard to complete the EXPERT job in approximately 1 1/2 days. They worked in extreme Summer heat with triple digit temps, but they didn't let it slow them down, they were all very professional, cordial and eager to please and answer any/all questions I had pertaining to all the various steps of the project. They even happily placed left over material such as dirt and rock in places in my 5 acre property where I could use it without additional cost. I enjoyed their positive attitudes, there focus and stamina to do a GREAT job and then some! (Thank you Eduardo for patching that concrete hole in my backyard patio with the leftover concrete!!, I am happy to have that finally fixed).
I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Olshan Foundation Services for your needs! I'm a Perfectionist and I place high emphasis on quality workmanship and material and that's exactly what I got! THANKS OLSHAN!😊
