Excellent customer service and responsiveness
I am pleased to share the fact that my experience of just using Photo Zone has been extremely positive. I placed an order an then realised that I made an error with the size. I called them ( which is a big plus being able to speak to a person) and they could not have been more helpful. The lady I spoke to communicated the issue to her supervisor Dan , who immediately sorted the issue . The enlargements were sent off the same day . Quality is very good. Companies with very good ,customer-caring operations stand out a mile today and this service was excellent. I will use them again for sure !!

Great prints and exceptional customer service
I created three large photo collages, each with 48 photos. Uploading and placing the photographs was very straightforward and allowed for some cropping and editing.
The prints arrived promptly and were exactly as expected, printed cleanly to a high quality.
Unfortunately, one of the collages had been duplicated, resulting in a missing print.
Customer service couldn’t have been better! I used the online contact form and received an immediate response. Dan arranged for the missing collage to be printed and couriered straight away at no extra charge. It was delivered by lunchtime the next day!
Occasional errors are understandable in any business. This level of friendly customer service was exceptional. I'd happily trust Photo Zone with my printing projects again and recommend to others.
