At first I didn't think it had worked, as although it said it could be used in wet conditions if necessary, it seemed to release an oily film on the nearby shallow puddle. It took a few days for the internal wetness to dry, and maybe for the residual water on the roof to drain, but for the last week or so there seems to be no more new wetness on my roof, in which case this stuff is a miracle and has achieved what several other products could not! £80 is quite a lot, but only used about half the tin, so if this keeps the leaks at bay this winter, I will pour the rest of it next summer and hope to have many more years dry after this! Come back to me spring next year for full evaluation!!!!

The product was indeed easy to use - perfectly moulded itself and self-levelled into the uneven roof area requiring treated. Remembering to thoroughly stir the contents before application was a priority as the contents will have settled within the tin. The only concern has been the time taken for the curing, even forming a secure enough skin barrier to prevent any moisture ingress. Time will tell if this product has finally achieved what other products have failed to do.
