Richer Sounds - Cheltenham Reviews 

My purchase of a Chord Qutest did not start well. I went to the Cheltenham store and after discussions I was offered an 'open box' Qutest from another store which I arranged to be delivered direct to my home address. Sadly it came in a grubby and scratched state, without its power cord and USB cord. Once I had returned it to the Cheltenham store the manager, Jason, appreciated the the issues and disappointment. He immediately offered me a new Qutest for the price of the open box. This was a happy resolution.

Great shop with excellent back up service.

Guys had patience for us and all the time we needed. We had the opportunity to listen to multiple speakers and compare them, and finally pick the ones we loved the most.

As always Richer Sounds staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t make you feel stupid when asking a question they’ve probably had a thousand times.

Following a demonstration of the products that I was interested in purchasing, the follow up customer service was excellent, and the equipment all arrived exactly as promised. Overall, I would strongly recommend.

Excellent service, didn’t feel pressured into purchasing all my questions answered clearly after making known my modern technology knowledge not my strong point.

I purchased a TV from Richer Sounds four years ago which stopped working last week, I contacted the service number who then looked into the problem, a couple of days later they reported that the parts were no longer available, after a bit of negotiation I was given a credit under the warranty to purchase a new TV which I was happy with, subsequently I looked at the current TVs available and decided to upgrade on the previous TV. I found an "open box" offer, plus my VIP discount, plus my vouchers, an upgrade which would have cost a lot more than it could have done, plus the bonus of dealing with Mandy and her colleague in the Cheltenham store who even helped load the car with a very big box.

A great experience because Luke clearly knows his stuff and was extremely helpful, explaining all the features of the equipment I was looking for. I definitely recommend using Richer Sounds Cheltenham!
