Good advice, pleasant staff, fair price.

Had a fantastic experience at Richer Sounds Chester Store. I had a demo of a pair of Argon Fenris speakers. Ewan the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and made my choice straightforward, Highly recommend this store. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and would not look elsewhere for my hifi needs.

Wanting to update my TV, I did loads of reading/research on the web (including Richer Sounds) and also looking at what larger stores had on offer. Having purchased from Richer Sounds previously, I decided that was where I would go, first to see the TV and also to ask the many questions I had. Staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and not ‘pushy’ which is always a big plus for me. I have no hesitation in recommending the Richer Sounds experience
