Purchased an LG OLED 77 Inch TV from Richer Sounds. The price and customer service was exceptional.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who don’t make you feel intimidated by the tech!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Given that this was my first visit to this particular branch, I was very impressed with the professionalism and the expertise of the staff. I purchased an audio system but will be going back in the future to buy a TV. A very special thank you to Simon who went that extra mile!

We came in to ask why our TV refuses to connect to the Sky satellite dish in our block of flats. Even though we were likely to be low value (or actually no-value!) customers the staff were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Unfortunately the FreeSat box we bought had to be returned, but even then the people in the shop were absolutely great in advising us to get our TV through a Firestick (which we hadn't thought of ..!). When our current TV expires (not long now) we shall without hesitation buy a new one from Richer Sounds in Chiswick. What a lovely bunch of people.

Ordered on the phone spoke to Ordered. Spoke to some bloke ( sorry can't remember his name ). Excellent service would highly recommend Richer Sounds.

Got transferred to the Chiswick shop as the call centre was busy. Spoke to a lovely helpful human who explained some details to me and advised me what to buy. Even told me to order the adaptor thing I needed on Amazon and what brand to buy.

This review came before delivery of goods. I had been advised delivery could be between 7 to 10 days. As for customer service experience so far, the manager at Chiswick and a member of his staff were fantastic to deal with. If the end goods are as good as the service received to date then, I'm in for a treat.

Helpful and quick

I got some advice in-store at Chiswick before going home to do a bit more research. Ended up buying online at Richer Sounds and the browsing/checkout/delivery processes were all smooth. Am always very impressed with Richer Sounds whether in-store or online.

My question was immediately and thoroughly answered. I was then able to cycle to the local shop on the Chiswick High Road and buy a power lead so I could plug our large screen TV in and get our viewing back on the road.

The item I wanted wasn't available. Simon from Chiswick shop took my details and called as soon as it was back in stock. They were not only helpful but they were knowledgeable about the products as well.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Richer Sounds again and would highly recommend them.

Had absolutely no idea of what I wanted in regards to the HiFi system I wanted to buy. I was helped by Kurt and soon directed to the perfect stereo for my needs. Which I bought and am extremely happy with (Argon deck and Klipsch speakers). Really pleased, I had slight issues setting up the turntable, which was then sorted out by Jim.
Really pleased with the advice and after sales support.
Will be back for more as and when the need occures.
