He gave good sound advice and guided me to the best amp for my needs.
The amp is on back order and I shall receive a call when dispatched.

Very helpful friendly and experienced staff who were able to explain the difference between TV'S . No long queues in the Edinburgh shop and they were able to arrange a quick delivery of a new TV through a third party . All phone calls to Richard Sounds are direct to their shop it's wonderful ,very good customer service is my experience Highly recommend this shop .

I submitted an email enquiry as I was unsure what my new system for playing vinyl required. A member of staff from Edinburgh branch phoned me and discussed what equipment I was using and what I needed to make things work smoothly. I was really pleased and impressed.

I bought a record deck, amp and floorstanders. Terrific attention to what I needed. My husband is delighted and has been spending quality time with his music once again. Our teenage daughter might even be more excited. It has been lovely seeing them enjoy time together with it. There was some disturbance to my packaging just before Christmas and they changed it fully understanding that there might be a risk of disappointment if we did a wait and see. Most times it wouldn’t have been an issue but the shop understood this was different. As it was we spent a lovely Christmas evening listening to favourite music. It’s the dream.

We had full explanations of the equipment and excellent advice. We never felt talked down to because of our age - our interaction with Bowie was friendly and enjoyable. His selection of music to listen to was spot on! The service we've received gives us full confidence that any problems or queries will be dealt with promptly.

I have been researching purchasing a TV and sound system for some months. I had been into various retailers for advice and a general look around. Also visited online but I prefer actually speaking with someone. I had been into Edinburgh store twice before I made up my mind to buy. What I like about the shop is that there is no pressure to buy just good old fashioned advice. I am also looking for a music system and after some advice I'll be back shortly to buy a Ruark player.

When looking at TVs salesperson was informative and I didn’t feel pressured to buy I decided to buy delivery was very prompt while setting up tv got stuck I phoned shop they talked me through the difficulty and made sure I was back on track This is the second tv I have bought from Richer sound .The staff are friendly and knowledgeable not pushy .

The guys were very help and above all honest. No just trying to sell you anything.
But listening to your needs. And advising properly.
So left with a very nice CD player.
And hopefully a new amplifier in the future

Excellent service, honoured price beat even though they had no obligation to as products weren't quite equivalent. Outstanding customer service and there truly is nothing like it. Would highly recommend, genuinely perfect as a sales experience.

Sought advice from the Edinburgh store about a TV soundbar to match my needs and now have an excellent Yamaha bar that performs well and didn’t cost the earth. Also needed to call upon shop support to overcome shortcomings with the courier and again they delivered!

I was chasing down a pair of earbuds as a present. They weren't available at my local store in Solihull, but the assistant put me in touch with the Edinburgh branch who sent a pair out by the next available post. Excellent servive from all of the staff involved.
