Excellent experience shopping at Richer Sounds Newcastle. I had enquired about the item, price (very good deal) etc. and then just needed to ensure domestic harmony!
I returned and ordered and it was delivered next day!
I'm very pleased with the way everything went. I've bought from Richer Sounds several times and always been very pleased.

Excellent Service from Euan and the Newcastle team.. I was seeking a Monitor Audio centre in Ash but they weren't available online..
He sourced one direct from them and had it delivered within a few days and the communication was excellent. Would highly recommend. I will be coming back for the next upgrades.

Quality of service and advice is great. Purchased new pair of headphones. Only downside is that I've had to purchase a separate headphone amplifier to use them as neither the cambridge amplifier or denon record player has headphone socket. That needs to be shown before customer buys the unit.

Great advice and service in the shop, as always. When my cd player was delivered it was found to be faulty. When I reported this, staff were extremely helpful and quickly arranged for a new cd player to be delivered and the faulty one taken away.

I got excellent support from the shop and information second to non but it fell apart when it came to delivery. I waited all day on first delivery which was not going to happen. The second day of delivery again I waited in knock on the door and it was my nextdoor neighbour the address was correct for me but not the driver

Friendly knowledgeable informative one to one service, great range of products at very competitive prices all this together with a six year no quibble guarantee thrown in. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Staff who are very knowlegable about the product range. They were supporting me making a choice of speakers (which is very subjective), rather than pushing a particular product.
They were happy for me to have a second visit to listen to the speakers, before purchasing. Therefore I was confident that I had made the right choice. Which has proved to be the case since I've had them at home

Helpful phonecall to the Newcastle upon Tyne branch and I received a £10 incentive discount on my Soundbar purchase. I felt the service on the phone was good and I was told it should be delivered within two days. It sadly took 5 days to arrive which although frustrating was not a big problem. I've shopped with RS before and will do again as they're staff are knowledgeable and the service is usually very good too.
