Bought a new tv for a friend who couldn't see what was going on with the channel guide. Bigger TV, bigger letters and job done. Well priced and available in store.

I am pleased with the Audio Technica turntable and the Steljes NS3 speakers but had some difficulty setting up the speakers with the banana plugs provided which were poor quality and did not connect properly. Eventually I had to abandon them and connect the stripped terminal wires directly to get the right speaker to function correctly.

I've used Richer Sounds for TV's, DVD Players and audio for over 20 years. My latest purchase is an LG C5 TV. I did a lot of research about both the TV and the best price before buying from Richer Sounds, Not only did they offer the best price deal but they also offered their customary friendly and informative service. Incidentally, if you're looking for a new TV the C5 is stunning.

Fantastic service from Howie and James at the Preston Store as per usual. I had ordered a Kanto Sub8 in black from Preston but they were unavailable for about a month or so, they managed to get me a matt grey version instead within a few days. They kept instouch with me throughout the issue, I couldn't be happier with the service.

We bought a LG tv and soundbar from Richer Sounds. There were some unforseen complications in getting it all set up but Howie,the manager was an absolute superstar. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Bought Marantz CD6007 to replace a Sony CD that is over 15 years old. Service as always perfect. Great chat with staff about how speaker technology is changing to contained powered units. The Marantz CD6007 setup an absolute doddle. Tested on three different amplifier and speaker setups. The sounds from it are clean and nicely balanced. The real bonus the headphone out on the front. The sound on FiiO headphones I recently bought is superb. Detailed balanced sound and excellent stereo sound stage depth. Lovely 😍
