Telephone contact Said out of stock at warehouse after checking. Contacted R/S on web portal request which phoned me back 1 day later to take my order after confirming they were actually in stock. I was confused but ordered it and it’s now sitting in my Campervan. First Richer Sounds telephone customer contact obviously has no idea or was just tooo lazy or stupid. TV arrived quickly, works as it should. I received a nice follow up call from Richer Sounds to hear my input & explain the error. I wish more UK companies like Richer Sounds would actively investigate customer feedback might improve customer experience.

Excellent service and aftercare. They helped me choose an TV fitting all my requirements. I rang to ask a question when it had been delivered. I found the answer myself and hung up. Then they rang me back when they saw that I had called to check if I needed any help.

The customer service is second to none.
Easy to select and order required item. Schedule delivery to suit circumstances. And if an item arrives damaged, a replacement is arranged immediately without hassle.

Had some problems using a promotional code online phoned and the guy was very helpful and sorted it.
Give me a next day delivery as a gesture which was very much appreciated.

I rang and asked for a price match, prior to purchase. This was granted and exceeded. I also had a customer service voucher to redeem.

The only negative was that trying to do this online was thwarted by the webpage demanding which branch I had already bought the product from.

The helpful guy I spoke to said the item was in stock and could be delivered next day which it was and within the couriers time slot.
So I am really pleased with the service I received and the price.

The length of guarantee for the TV is far better than the company I normally buy from. In addition, there was no extra charge for delivery. So far, all of the products are working exceptionally well.
